I am Stephanie. I work with people who are sad, exhausted, hopeless, and scared.

I like to work with individuals who are on a therapeutic journey to healing. I will meet you where you are and walk beside you to help you attain the personal growth you are searching for. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including mindfulness, holistic, and strengths-based.

I have worked in the social services field for more than 20 years and in 2023 attained my master’s degree in counselling psychology. 

I work primarily with individuals who are comfortable with virtual therapy sessions and sometimes open time to meet face to face. I have available appointments for you.

I am looking forward to meeting you and working with you on your personal journey.
