Individual sessions are $130 to $150 per session

This depends upon the practitioner that you are working with.
We are able to offer a low fee counselling program with our practicum counsellors. The rates are $50.00 per 50 minute session plus GST. Rates may be different, depending upon the practicum student. These fees are also not generally reimbursable from insurance companies. Please note this is subject to availability. Contact us to inquire about low fee counselling.
We accept payment via E-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Due to COVID-19 precautions, we are currently not accepting cash or debit.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Standard Document Rates:
The base rate is $120.00 to $140.00 per hour plus GST and includes:
Base rate is $35.00 (plus GST) for every 15 minutes taken to complete the letter.
$35.00 (plus GST).
Base rate is $120.00 to $135.00 per one hour (plus GST). The rate depends on the practitioner you are working with and the length of time it takes to write the progress report. Minimum charge of 1 hour will apply.
If one of our practitioners is subpoenaed to court, we charge the following fees:
$150.00 per hour including wait time at court and this applies even if the court case is delayed or continued or dismissed
Transportation to and from the court (mileage billed at current government rate or other transportation such as airfare if this is out of Prince George)
Hotel and meals (if the court case is out of Prince George)
***We do not provide expert testimony in child custody cases

Do you have mental health insurance benefits? Some extended health care plans that might be covered are Pacific Blue Cross, Greenshield, Sun Life, etc.
Does your insurance cover the services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), a Registered Social Worker (MSW), or a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC)
What is your deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does your health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from your primary care physician?
