With 2 years of experience as a therapist, I specialize in working with individuals, both adults and youth. My practice encompasses a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, BIPOC issues, and relationship concerns or conflicts, including support through divorce.

In therapy, I employ a narrative therapy approach that is solution-focused and grounded in a strength-based perspective. Additionally, I integrate modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to tailor sessions to individual needs.

I understand the importance of accommodating diverse schedules, and I am available on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Additionally, every other Saturday afternoon may be arranged upon request.
