In therapy, I employ a narrative therapy approach that is solution-focused and grounded in a strength-based perspective. Additionally, I integrate modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to tailor sessions to individual needs.
I understand the importance of accommodating diverse schedules, and I am available on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Additionally, every other Saturday afternoon may be arranged upon request.
