Sleep Better

  • Tracy is the owner of HML Wellness Solutions and a Registered Clinical Therapist. She spends her time counselling individuals and operating the business. Tracy counsels clients from a deeply humanistic foundation and uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and other therapeutic techniques to help clients find the success they desire.
