Tracy Larson studied with the Canadian Institute of Stress and earned a certification in Stress and Wellness. She, as well as our other counsellors, can help you to figure out what gives you satisfaction in life and what creates stress. Stress can come from many different areas of our lives such as work, relationships, and life transitions.

Ongoing stress can be incredibly draining. We have strategies that can help you life the weight of stress off and help you to feel more energetic, motivated, and better able to focus and concentrate.
