Our team recognizes the importance of having a good night of sleep.  We can help you to improve your sleep quality and duration so that you are able to enjoy better health.  I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to help plus other effective strategies.  CBT-I is a proven therapy to help you  improve your sleep quality; I go beyond basic hygiene to help you to figure out what is at the root of your sleepless nights.
