Anxiety has skyrocketed in the last couple of weeks as people grapple with the COVID-19 global crisis and its impacts to our social life, our finances, and our freedoms. My team and I are experts at using a variety of therapeutic approaches to help you manage your anxiety or fears. We understand how living in a state of anxiety impacts your life, your health, your relationships, etc. We use cognitive behavioral therapy and other approaches to help you explore your thinking patterns and how they are impacting your emotions and your actions.
